Fix your app, it crashes constantly, I literally just finally got it to work right and when I went to scan my phone went right back to Home Screen and I looked and saw it charged me when I didn’t even get to use it!!

It was not showing the bar code that scans. I called and verified my money was still loaded but couldn’t get it to work!!!!

Limited Options
No 1 day unlimited passes like BCT. Only $2 pay as you go.
Don’t offer refunds
They apparently don't offer refunds. My pass expired because the bus was late and i called their customer service number and was told they don't give refunds on that. The bus passes should expire at the end of the day not like 10 minutes later, just my opinion.
Y didn’t just allow us to use Apple or Google pay instead
There’s no student fare, so you will pay $2 instead of $1. English is not my first language so there’s other language like Creole or Spanish: if you’re a foreigner that not good at speaking English.
Not student friendly
This app has no student fares. Even if your bus driver clicks the student option on their panel, “Pay As you go” pass will still take two dollars instead of one. You are also going to have to jump through many loops to add money on you account.

Why is the app only in English?
We have passengers who speak spanish and creole, why is the app only in english? This app needs to be updated to accommodate passengers who don’t speak or read english
