Don’t offer refunds
They apparently don't offer refunds. My pass expired because the bus was late and i called their customer service number and was told they don't give refunds on that. The bus passes should expire at the end of the day not like 10 minutes later, just my opinion.danixx1234

Not student friendly
This app has no student fares. Even if your bus driver clicks the student option on their panel, “Pay As you go” pass will still take two dollars instead of one. You are also going to have to jump through many loops to add money on you account.BrokeBecauseOfBus

Why is the app only in English?
We have passengers who speak spanish and creole, why is the app only in english? This app needs to be updated to accommodate passengers who don’t speak or read englishDish watcher
