App is terrible
They want you to sign into iCloud on my iPad but my phone is alright
Kuna needs to get it togetherNot ready for prime time
I’m a long time Kuna user and was happy with the original app. One of my Kuna light went dead and no longer sell replacements so purchased the new wall plate which uses a new nonintegrated Kuna SE app. Should have stuck with the original app. This new wall plate and App have the following issues
1. Records, it will not stream a live feed. Keeps giving an error message and prompts to contact tech support. Waiting for response
2. Can set time schedule for light, but no option to have light be activated by motion and stay on for X minutes ect.
3. Have other Kuna lights an now need to use two separate apps from the same company to view front and back doors. Really? Come on guys integrate your apps - this has been out for over a year already.Show lessStay away from Kuna’s new Wall plates
If I could I would give Kuna a Zero rating. These new wall plates cost me $186 each. The color video changes to black and white. Kuna’s response is to turn off the night Vision. Really, I paid for a feature and they say to turn it off to have color videos. Now that my free 6 months of video storage has expired, they want to charge me $29.99 a MONTH, just for storing videos.
