Needs Major Updates!
The app pretty much will work sometimes. Geofencing and scheduling may or may not work for the most part just wont engage. Heater is useless without these two features, can’t even call it a smart heater anymore.RamDiezel

Almost there! Needs historical data
I love the product so far, the app is pretty good when it connects to the heater. What i wish it had was a running log. It’s really hard to tell how long the heater runs and is on or off this is data that i would really like to see! Historical data with temp a d running time! I’ve recently started using the Smart Envi Heater and it’s been nothing short of amazing. The warmth and comfort it brings to my home is just perfect. When it works it’s good.
Having lots of connection issues, reset hesters and within 30 seconds they were offline again. It says it has a wifi connection and even shows an IP. I like what these heaters can do, so please fix this!Skinny Al

Wish you could use Bluetooth only and not the wifi to connect to the heaters. Don’t care to have these heaters connected to the internet.Ltaz2013

Not enough testing before launching new product.
Bought a smart Envi but can’t say it’s a success. Called support 4 times in one week and every time a different person and different answer for the same problem. App seems very buggy as it looses the connection and says it’s off-line. Have to factory reset to show up again as online until it goes off-line again.
