Not enough testing before launching new product.
Bought a smart Envi but can’t say it’s a success. Called support 4 times in one week and every time a different person and different answer for the same problem. App seems very buggy as it looses the connection and says it’s off-line. Have to factory reset to show up again as online until it goes off-line again. That’s why it gets a 2 out of 5

Lots of issues
Come on! I purchased these smart eheats and the app is garbage! It always dropping the connection, schedule never works, now it’s saying schedule is set but it not showing me anything and heat did not go on this morning. Keeps resetting back to 45 degrees randomly. My wifi is fantastic and no issues there… Please!!! Figure this out!! Hire someone that knows how to fix this! There are so many smart people out there this is a simple app…

(Hopefully) will be good
New app, new product. Has promise but pretty buggy so far. Connection randomly drops and sticks to the last temp it was at. In my case the schedule is set to cool down at night so if connection is lost I walk into a very cold office in the AM. Will hopefully continue to improve.
