Logs me out every week.
After I get logged back in the app works just fine. Does everything you would want. Just won’t stop logging me out.

Fix logging out issue!!!!!
The major annoyance with this app is it will constantly log you out randomly and require you to log back in. If you are not checking your app frequently, an error on your tub could occur when you are logged out and you won’t be properly notified. Until this issue is fixed, the app receives 1star. Terrible issue that is simple to fix.

Works!
Thought that it didn’t work at first. I forgot to put in my country when logging in and that was the issue. All good now! Pretty slick, reminds me of my Tesla app which is a high compliment!
Barely Usable After 1 Week
The app seemed okay at first, the only thing that was a little buggy was the weather and temperature display in the app. It would sometimes not show up correctly but after closing the app and reopening it resolves the issue. I just changed my soa water for the first time today and when I went to the app it logged me out. I tried to log back into the app it wouldn’t accept my password. Maybe I forgot it, so I went to reset my password. The app sent a verification email, I entered the number, typed in a new password, and every time I have done this it tells me to log in because I already have an account rather than letting me set my new password. So I tried on the website, and that just spins forever. So I suppose I can set everything up as a guest but this is really terrible.

Does not work
Pointless App that doesn’t work at all. Does not connect to the spa unless standing right next to it and even then most of the time doesn’t connect. My husband couldn’t even get past the logging in stage. Don’t waste your time. Would have given zero stars if I could have.

The spa is amazing, however this app will not let me progress past choosing a password, in the sign up process. Very frustrating

Poor app
Appalling connectivity constantly throws out error codes when there’s no error again and again. Standing less than 2m away from it with fibre speed connection needs a major fix. Shame as when it works it works but far to many glitches in the app connection.
