Glitches and not working
I had it at one point and it was free but when I tried to download it again it asked for my credit card information when it said it was free so u went on the website and tried to log in from their and it won’t load everything else works fine but when I press the login button it takes me back to the homepage or it just has a blank white screenShow lesssomeone._.unu

I am really enjoying Linktree and was definitely considering becoming a subscriber. I’m only giving one star because I have no idea what inappropriate usage. Everywhere I tried to set it as bio it would be rejected, so I had to use a website builder to put in my bio that lead to my Linktree. (Milkshake App) Maybe that’s what this is…
My Linktree couldn’t even be sent to a friend via private message or text.
Anyways, I will be contacting support if I can find out how to do so, find and correct the issue if one stands, and hopefully becoming a monthly subscriber. I will change my rating when this is settled.

Not sending emails
People are using my links, however I am not getting notifications that my forms are being filled out. I know this because clients inform me that they’ve filled out the forms but I have not gotten the emails saying such. I’ve also run tests by filling the forms out myself and I still do not receive notifications that they’ve been filled out.Show lessQF31

Easy to use, and view
Interface is relatively straightforward, and makes it easy to mirror yourself, so you can get an idea as to what exactly you look like online.ajluis101
Cant use
Have an account, when signing in i am then taken to a screen that tries to make me create a new linktree after already having one.
Cant sign out, cant reinstall because it just auto signs you in.
Customer support has given me the same answer 2x with still no resolution.

Still the same issue linktree doesn't want to fix this problem and from reading other reviews i am not the only one experiencing this problem. Don't waste your time just keep using the website itself.Show lessimMargiela
Make Having Multiple Accounts Free
I love linktree, i’ve been using it for years! I was super excited to see that there’s an app available now. However I am very annoyed that you cannot log into multiple accounts on the app. You can, but there’s a pay wall. It’s annoying because it should be a basic free feature to switch between linktree profiles, but its not :/Show lesspatchylacow

I’m trying to add a link to my profile and what I keep running into is “oops we can’t add your link at this time. Try again later.” No option to contact no explanation, just an u finished profile without a link for customers to shop from on cyber Monday.12789;)
