I Only just joined and I am a big fan of the game and personally love the strategy side of it would recommend to anyone who likes strategy games with a good twist 🫡!
Was ok until the format changed
When you play a game for three years and invest in the game over that time, a person doesn’t expect the developers to change the format of how the game is played pretty well resetting everyone’s account and wasting long-term players time, effort, energy, and money
Not Good
After many people spending thousands, developers took away all purchases and reset servers. Making people re purchase the items. Totally illegal. These people need to shut down.
Chat doesn’t work
Been playing for months now chat isn’t working and it’s hurting my alliance as I’m a captain
Waste of Money
Unless you are prepared to spend thousands every month, don’t bother. The game starts out good. However, once you acquire the throne, you get cross realm battles where you face older realms who have been spending thousands on their experience. Apparently beating up on younger realms is encouraged until everyone in your realm gets tired of it and quits. Customer service is nonexistent and only apologizes that you are not enjoying yourself. Don’t expect any actual help even when you send pictures. Game lags, troops die in events during ship to ship battles when they aren’t supposed to die. Very cool to start and becomes super frustrating after about a month or so in. Don’t do it.

Bad customer service
Accidentally transferred over leadership to someone on my clan that I was trying to delete because he’s inactive or probably a little kid, asked customer service to help me switch over leader ship, They won’t do nothing for me.. pretty much lost my clan from a simple accident that they could easily fix but they won’t so I have to start a new clan which I’m not. I’m just going to delete it. What’s the point? People make mistakes and customer service isn’t going to help, not a game that I would spend money or time on.
