Support Of application is FIASCO

This program was really terrible until a few months ago, with a lot of bugs and was a fiasco, but after a lot of requests and requests from support, the problems were finally fixed to some extent, but it was practically unusable for a long time, and this is only due to the ineffectiveness of support.

Very Disappointing

Very useless and disappointing 🫤😐 One of the awful experiences I’ve ever had. I couldn’t find any book s I was looking for. I downloaded the app and right after 10 minutes deleted it.

The pages have a problem

In the books, the raws aren’t covered in the right place above the page name, always one raw is cut by page number and even one raw is under the page name each time I have too change the font size to get to read the last sentence on each page, please fix this

دانلود

بعد از اولین اپدیت با شمایل جدید دانلود کردن فایل‌ها تقریبا غیر ممکن شده، زمان بسیار طولانی رو باید سپری کرد تا شاید دانلود بشه و در بیشتر اوقات نمیشه کتابها رو دانلود کرد لطفا رسیدگی کنید

سلام
ممنون از برنامه خوبتون
من سویفت دولوپرم به اینستاگرامتون پیام دادم و رایگان باگ با سند و تصویر در اختیارشون قرار دادم ، اما ماشالا سگ بستین تو اینستاگرام انگار
پاچمو پاره کرد که برناممون هیچ باگی نداره
الکی تعصب و غیرت رو‌چی ؟
حداقل میتونست بگه ممنون یا بررسی میشه
پول نخواستم که ، من چون خودم استفاده میکنم از این برنامه گفتم ، امیدوارم ادمینتون با این کامنت روی رفتارش تجدید نظر کنه که به اسم‌فیدیبو تموم نشه این کج رفتاری ها
