Best app for skincare dummies

My favorite app - no lie - went from having a ton of skin issues to having glass skin and understanding my skin better and what to use when for my skin specifically. If skincare is overwhelming or you struggle to know what to use give it a go. Only con is it’s down about a day every month

Scammers!! Beware!!!

Ding download this app. It doesn’t work and they will withdraw money without authorization gif a subscription you already canceled. I will report them to my bank and do anything to see this app GONE!!

is this a scam?

Inappropriate conduct! I signed up for a month and was charged twice. I didn't receive any email from Apple confirming the subscription (which is normal) and I don't see my subscription in Apple Subscription. Reading the reviews, I understood that it was a scam. I already sent an email and want to cancel and get my money back, even though I haven't even used the app for 10 minutes. This is very suspicious. Disappointed!

Great customer service

I unsubscribed a few months ago after not loving the routine it gave me, and randomly got charged $39 for a monthly subscription when it’s normally like $5 monthly.

I sent an email to them and they quickly responded saying they canceled the subscription again, and gave me a full refund. They were very nice and easy about it.

Hard to use

Why can I not find a way to cancel this subscription?? When I first downloaded it wouldn’t let me use the app then after the payment came out it suddenly started working? Scam! Let me cancel

Disappionted

The App is not working properly, out of 11-12 days, I was only able to log 5 days.. it just wont move to the next day.. it also didn't recognize my products when I did a scan.. so I am not getting the benefit of subscribing to such an app.. i asked for money back, my subscription has been canceled by the team so i didn't use the full month but hoping to get my money back at least.

Unauthorized withdrawal from credit card

I used this app only once or twice and forgot it. This app can not be seen in apple subscriptions and they withdraw 54 CAD for no reason! I tried to get in touch with them and their AI assistant send me an irrelevant response. Do not trust this app!
