We would also be glad to clarify the details about the payments: if you purchased one of the options, charges shouldn't be applied to the same option again. The only exception would be the purchase of another feature (for example, one of the AI tools) or a technical glitch. Waiting for your letter or an update on the review 💜I think the idea for the app is pretty cool! The way the app ACTUALLY is though seems like a cash grab that was made in a hurry. When you look at the page for a product, it will have a score on how well it suits the user, however, it gives different percentages depending on how you get to that page. It gives a lower score to products that I search, even if it’s in my recommended routine with a much higher score. (ex: It recommends COSRX’s Hydrium Watery Toner to me at 82%, then if I search it, it gives me a 62% fit.) The app crashes often and the face scans seem strange to me. The review does not take into account the 3D scan it just took of my face, just the initial picture. I don’t understand the point of this other than theatrics or training the AI for something else other than the usage of the app. I also don’t appreciate that the website I used to sign up for the app promises a report of some kind, but does not deliver in the app. I really regret paying for this, I don’t think it’ll do anything for me in the next month.
I’ve been trying to cancel for weeks and they took money out of my account anyways. Customer service is absolutely horrible I can’t get ahold of anyone to cancel my subscription

Thank you for your understanding and patience.Not only that I cancel my trial before it expired and I was charged $100 without any direction as to how to cancel because nobody is responding, now the app won’t load for the last five days and there’s nobody to contact to fix it.
I’m calling my bank to dispute discharge and report fraud

Thank you for your patience and understanding.They over charge you. On the website when you sign up it says first month for $19.99 I was charged $29.99 and then 19.99 on top of that. The information is helpful but not for that cost. Scam

Thank you for your understanding.Ok so i chose the 1 year membership. Then it asked if i want to buy the scanner for an additional $19.99 so i did. About 70.00$ total but the app is not worth the amount. It does not recognized all scanned face products, even some of the well know brands. It recommended a toner that was bo suitable for my skin. A score below 60%. Horrible. I cancel the subscription already but i get to use it until
next year and hopefully i won’t be charge like most of the 1 star reviews.
