It is recommended that you do not play this doll clipping game. The customer service is very slow in handling problems. They will only deal with them in their own interests. They will not be considerate of the players and do not have any chance to communicate. You won’t know if you violate many regulations because they are not clearly stated. Then they will directly block your account if there is a loss. This is my experience while playing. Good luck everyone, Don't fall for it.

Don’t waste your time and money. Totally a scam. I tired 15 times and didn’t win any prize. The claw is so weak!

Deleted my account with no reason, no way to communicate or seeking for help. Money spent refunded but I lost all the gifts I won. Hopefully I am just the only one been scammed. Good luck everyone…….

I didn’t expect to spend more than $20 but after the first win (I actually won on my own), I was super excited. Two of my last prize was won with the help of the worker. I guess the workers got tired of watching me play and doing the same thing over and over again. The worker help rearrange the item so I can actually win. This is something other claw apps won’t do.

Awesome selection and generous!
I put some money down to try to win a little Pikmin keychain via one of the ping pong machines. I eventually was there for so long that a worker came by and placed a ball in for me, giving a thumbs up to the camera. I almost laughed aloud. I’ve tried a couple other claw machines services and never saw anything like that before. It’s worth the buy-in!
