By far my favorite claw app for many reasons from the staff to the occasional free game ticket. My only issue and this is why I gave it 4 stars. It’s a common thing but the price is still a bit much for my liking would love to see the 20$ option reduced to 15$ at the lowest and also the lack of smaller coin purchases. If you need one or two more plays to get that prize you have been fighting with you will have to drop another 20$.

Win Ratio
Win ratio seems highly different depending on machine. Saw someone’s hand move a product so that it would fall easier. Not sure what that’s about. All in all I wish these claw games were more skill based and not based how it was rigged granted it seems it would be insanely easy to win if the claws had a proper grip each try. I just wish it was more nuanced because it feels like burning money at a point

Connection is faulty
I keep getting black screen on the claw games I play and every time I do something in the game it just freezes in buffering. It’s as if the internet network you need to use is military grade to keep it stable. The games are good but if the connection doesn’t work then the whole system with it falls down like a pack of cards.

To much money
Don’t get me wrong. I like that you receive free play tickets. But just like like any in person claw machine, this game is rigged. So once you’ve run out of free play tickets, you must pay a huge fee. And if you do, you’ll be playing for nothing . I rather just buy a real item. I don’t recommend this app.😕

Honestly this app is not a scam. Of course you have to use money to get points in order to get prizes like a real machine but for the points you get and attempts it is worth it. If you struggle for a long time or if you ask them about an issue, they WILL help you out and even give you the reward. Honestly they are so kinda and it is just addicting!
