No matter what happen with the machine, they will not provide any assistance, even the prize is stuck, cannot touch by the claw, they still won’t help you!!! I was using this app for long time already, before wasn’t like that. They will help you around certain plays, but now all they will tell you is assistance is not published on the app!!! Also they will tell you “ if you are not satisfied with this response, please use other services.”
Please don’t use this app, unless you are rich!

Slow shipping
They state on their website that is will ship in 4-7 weeks but it’s been 7 weeks and has not moved. When asking about it I was told it will be 2-3 months. :/
I asked them to update their FAQ page to reflect that and the answer I got was it was because of Covid. Covid hasn’t stopped shipping in months I don’t know why they are still using that as a crutch.
Also I won two items and because I’d the way their app is set up I couldn’t tell if I had them shipped or not and ended up losing out on them because it hit two weeks of winning them.

This claw machine app is so frozen and glitchy that it’s impossible to win anything I wouldn’t waste your time
Foreign Machines and Foreign Rules
Machines of this nature are overseen in the United States by the state and require a winner within a certain number of tries. Unfortunately these machines are based outside of the Untied States and does allow for the owner to allow for a winner every 100th play. If each play is $2 then they are bringing in $200 for every winner and that is by far a disgusting business practice. I would stay far away from this business and save the hassle.

Tickets not showing up
My tickets were constantly at zero and when I tried to refresh the page my actual amount would flash then go back to zero. THIS APP IS A SCAM!!
Don’t listen to the YouTubers, this app is a joke
I should’ve won that Yor figure! The crane grabbed it TWICE and yet it’s asking me to pay to “win” gifts that is nearly impossible to get. Total joke of an app. NEVER listen to any YouTuber who recommends this!

I’ve been playing this app for months. Absolutely loved it and spent hundreds of dollars playing. The prizes are good quality and the staff on-site would even help position the prizes extremely favorably to help you win sometimes. I’m addicted play daily.

The app is horrible. The claw, no matter how perfectly you line it up, will never grip the product you are playing for. It slides along the box and drops it.
