Recently update horrible

The recent update of the app which coincide with an rebranding of Genea was done very poor. The attempt to update the aesthetic of the app to align with your new branding really only makes the app more ugly. And to be frank, instead of investing money to update the logos and fonts(which was probably sold to you as a branding refresh by the marketing agency you engaged with), you could have used the budget and effort to improve and fix usability issues you have with your customers digital experience. E.g support Face ID or Touch ID, having a web portal where customer can cease the same information that is provided, appointments showing wrong location. Also you have not properly tested the app before publishing it in the App Store: one obvious bug, when entering the the mail tab , instead of showing the subject of the content, the list now has full body of the email msg in it, surely this is not intentional. Your developer team did a bad job of testing the app. You really need to do better on this side of the things cause every staff we have talked to is excellent but you poor digital experience do not do them justice and end up creating poor impressions.

Poor service, made more complicated

This is a poor service made even more complicated by an app which actually hinders the communication rather than enhances it. Key messages are hidden when you need to know something specific by a certain date ABA conflicting to what you’re told from the nurses. At at 10x the cost of previous cycles.

Buggy

So buggy it’s annoying to use. Not sure why all emails have to go through this app too. Really frustrating. I like the calendar reminders, but everything else is just so frustrating to use!!!!! Please make usage of this app optional.

Very informative and down to earth

I loved this podcast as it helped me feel comfortable in starting my IVF journey and finding out more about my body, reasons for infertility and what the IVF process is. Not a long podcast which is awesome for work travel listens.
