  • Awful service and reps all tell different information

    I had a hold placed into my card for my Walmart order as they always do but when I started contacting Friday wondering why they had my $58 still on hold for days, I was promised it would be back onto my card that day. The next day I was told 1-3 business days, and now yesterday I was told up to 7!!! I have asked each time to have this escalated and to have a supervisor contact me back which as of yet is still to happen! This is definitely not the first issue with them either! Hate this company was forced to get D/T work… do not use if you can help it!!!

  • Transaction History

    The app always freezes when you try to go through your recent charges, you can only see the first few and any time you click to see more and try to scroll the whole app stops responding. Doesn’t matter how many times you close and reopen the app. So you literally have to wait until your next statement comes out and hope for the best that all the charges are correct.

  • Don’t use they’re Scamming

    These guys here have a little scam going on let me explain. If you use this card at a restaurant or gas star they will charge you extra. Example I ordered food at a restaurant the bill was 15 dollars I have 25 dollars in my account I swipe it charge me 25 and said I owe 5 more dollars, I asked the worker I thought you said it was 15? He said yes it is but it says you paid 10 dollars. I check the app and they charge the 25 and still had to pay the 5 dollars extra I paid a double for what I’m supposed to pay and all they say you have to wait a week for you to get the money back. my problem is that they do it with every transaction they owe me about 50 dollars. Im done with you guys !!!
