It is good only for transfer between one’s own accounts. Many times it doesn’t open. Its statement of account is very primitive. I use InstaPay for my transfers and fast account balance inquiries.

As a technical support and networking professional i am trying to register and login since 3 month with many times to try to success but unfortunately i didn’t success, its heavy information application with heavy steps to do any thing , the bank do not know anything about how is the applications work simply in the simple ways,

Not working
The application doesn’t open on my iPhone or even got the option to update.

Terrible app
This app is worthless. It often breaks down. The user interface is so basic, it feels like someone just learned coding! Now it will not even load. What’s the point of having an app?

Poor online banking
You dont need to open a new branch every week to grow up you just need a proper online bank .it needs major updates to catch up with the other competitor banks . Just start with a new good UI !
