A lot to improve
As a heavy user of different banking apps, I have witnessed this bank online access over the last 10yrs. A big improvement since 2020, however, this app is way behind. Trying always to catch up with online banking industry NBE is still behind it’s other main competitor in Egyptian market. NBE App is extremely slow to open. No text notification to registered mobile upon login. Only when password is changed or ATM transactions & other App transactions. Back button takes you to Home Screen even if in the middle of specific transactions. Bank End of day transactions many times don’t allow processing. Instead of saving the request in a pending state until processing afterwards. After staying idle, you are being signed out but all screens are still available which is a major security concern. I can still go on for other features but faster loading & saving work would be a major improvement to start with. Thank you.Show lessS@m96

In latest version It hangs up and never works.

Failure to open theApps
Apps on IPhone doesn’t open at all, I have tried several times but no luck. This means loss of a lot of money as I do transactions on my mobile apps. I am not happy at all. Please could you sort it out?

Does not open
I’ve had this app for some time, but since the 4th of January 2023 it has not worked at all on my iPhone and iPad. All I get when I try to open the app is a white screen on both the iPhone and iPad. If I try to log in on my MacBook I still have problems as it doesn’t let me log in, so there is even a problem on the website. Please can you repair these problems.Show lessOmar 53

Waste of time
I spent nearly 2 hours, with no luck to login to my account. No reason given or an explanation to why i cannot log into my account.
