Great app with a great name.
App is easy to use and not bloated with a lot of features, GUI trash, or gamification. One feature that would be useful is ability to set track actual and target oz of water consumption.

Fasting vs Intermittent mode is not clear to me: Does a fasting day equate to no eating 12:00 am to 11:59pm in 1 day? My fasting usually spans across day regardless of the number of hours so I use the intermittent fasting option and am not sure what is meant by a fasting day.

Hi, Sorry for slow response. And thanks for the positive feedback. -- Does a fasting day equate to no eating 12:00 am to 11:59pm in 1 day? Basically yes. - The timer for a Fasting Day will count down to whatever your eating-start time is the following day. - Fasting Days are displayed as bars in the chart. - The number of consecutive weeks you have fasted for at least one day is displayed on the Today screen.
