Hello, thank you very much for your feedback! We are also sorry to hear that you had a negative experience. Including myself, there are many free players in our game. From my personal experience, it's best not to rush to complete islands in the early stages of the game. Instead, focus on building your farm and unlocking animal production. Once your animals can provide a substantial amount of energy, completing islands will become much easier. Of course, purchasing items can make the gaming experience smoother. However, by using some strategies—such as stockpiling energy and choosing activities you enjoy—you can achieve the same satisfying experience without spending money! Thank you again for your support and feedback. We are continuously working on improvements and developing new features to provide more ways for players to earn free energy. We hope you will like the upcoming social features that will be launched soon.
Nice game but……
Update: I have attempted to play this game for longer but it is now even harder to get anywhere. I haven’t been able to complete any quests at all and can only play for a few minutes at a time. I won’t watch your awful ads and I won’t pay to play either as it would cost a fortune to get anywhere. This game is going to get deleted.

As you mentioned, the farm is currently a bit crowded and needs more land to create a beautiful home. You are welcome to contact us through the in-game help feature. If only……
Until I got to level 24 I was absolutely loving this game, now however it’s gone WAY down in my estimation. Why? Simply because I have just three days well just over one day now, to complete way too many tasks before another character does to complete the railway station. This means I now have loads of things to make which all take time to make, plus I need to find resources to create said things this requires loads of energy to not only find them but to collect them too. Add to this the extra land in this newly opened area is now parcelled off and requires deeds as well as loads of in game cash to buy, deeds I can only get from the train station which I have little to no chance to complete in the very short time given to do so. What an absolute shame the developers of this game have chosen to make this new area absolutely impossible to access for most players, the same happened in another game I was loving playing it too became impossible to carry on playing. So I think as I did with that one Tuscany Adventure will sadly have to be deleted. Sad so very sad you developers obviously do not want your players to continue playing your wonderful game unless we plough our own real money into it. Something I cannot and will never do. Games should be playable for everyone not just for those who have money! Another brilliant game lost simply because it is now totally unplayable.

Hello, thank you very much for your detailed reply. Regarding train construction, it actually requires some strategy. When you have stockpiled sufficient materials and energy, and then open the train map, you can easily complete a train map within half a day without needing any in-app purchases. The train map is a permanent map, so you don't need to worry—just take your time. We are eagerly awaiting your feedback; these detailed responses greatly help us understand player needs.
