I love this game it’s really fun can you please see if you can fix it the game is froze on an ad I want to get to the load screen but it will not let me I do not want to lose all I have done thanks very much for your time
Advice
I love the game. So much fun until for some reason the zoo village keeps going back to the island. Keep having to delete it and re download. Works for a while then it does the same thing. It’s so aggravating.
Forced ads
It used to be a fun game until the recent updates. You’ve gone and spoilt a good game, time for me to find another game to play.

A once good game but not anymore
So disappointed now with this game. All of a sudden game freezing, too many adverts popping up land you could pay for with diamonds collected you now have to pay for with real cash and it’s not cheap. Such a shame. The game is now ruined.
Too many Ads
I have enjoyed playing this game and invested money in it but now it’s perpetual ads and no one in support ever replies! The game is dreadful and frankly unplayable. After playing for a long time I’m going to cut my losses and delete it it’s practically unplayable.
Was good, now they are add greedy
The game is fun, moves slow as you progress waiting ridiculous long times to build. Over all it is a fun merge game. However the developers decided to update it recently requiring you to watch the same dumb adds for no reason other than just playing. The game already had you watching adds for specific awards. The new update requiring you to watch pointless adds constantly is enough annoyance to stop playing it at all.

I’d give it a zero if possible
I loved this game until the last set of updates. The insane number of forced adds is awful. I’ll be finding a new game. Sad, I’ve been playing it for years.
Love it but there’s a glitch
Love it. Played for years but there is a glitch in the new update. The top and bottom icons just shrunk after an advertisement
Why suddenly Ads
The game has been inundated with ads almost unplayable since the last update. This game has been deleted due to lack of communications with the support team. Seriously don’t waste money as I did on a game which has really got adds almost every click you do. Pure greed.
Not showing negative reviews???
I have 2 prior reviews that are not showing up, why is that? Because they are extremely critical?? My last review was made just a few days ago. I was stating how despicable it was that you have ruined this game -due to your greediness with forcing us to watch endless ads. Why would anyone want to play this now? You can’t even play for 5 minutes without having to watch an ad for basic tasks- let alone for any type of reward. What is wrong with you people?!! This is beyond pathetic. Can’t wait to see if this review shows up. Update: I just went into the game again…just OPENED IT as it was closed & on another device. I got an ad immediately !*@? Are you kidding me? I’ve never played any other game that forces an ad on you upon just opening the game. I’m only playing now, very minimally, because I have so much $$ invested as well as an abundance of resources in the game. Just waiting a little while to see if you remove these incessant ads. If not, I will delete the game - as I’m sure lots of other players will as well.
