New updates and ads
This use to be my favourite game but it’s not even fun to play anymore. The amount of ads since last update is insanely annoying.
Why suddenly Ads
The game has been inundated with ads almost unplayable since the last update.
Ads overflow
This used to be an entertaining game and the type you could play while waiting in line, etc. yes there were some ads, but u had a choice to view them if u wanted specific actions, but with the latest upgrade it’s become an Ads streaming site. Every action has to be preceded by an ad. It’s irritating to put it mildly. There are too many other options out there to put up with this.

Very unhappy customer
I have been playing this game for over a year and was at level 35. Something happened with the game and I refreshed it. Now I have lost all my levels. m my rubies and my thousands and thousands of coins. You need to fix this… I want my game and credits and money & jewels. I have put hundreds of hours into this and now it has all been removed. If I could put NoStars I would….

Not as good as it used to be
I really used to enjoy this game but lately it’s increased the use of ads. Evert little thing seems that you have to watch an ad before you can proceed where as previously you could choose to watch an ad to get a reward if you wanted to. This has now put me off playing as I now turn off my wifi before I go in to the game. But then I can’t get any rewards. Very frustrating

This recent update is the pits. Advert after advert whenever you press a button. Deleting if this continues.
Great game but…
I used to play this game all the time and loved it. Recently they have become very aggressive with advertising which is a huge downer. Earlier you could opt to watch ads for rewards but now you have to watch ads to play. If this continues, I will have to remove this game and find something else..
Tropical Island
Really like the game however mid game, ads pop up not sure what has changed never did this when I first starting playing.
Cute and fun game but too many popups
There are WAY too many pop-ups for purchase items…. If I want or need something (and have the money to spend) I know haw and where to go to buy them… please stop with the constant popups for items to purchase. It really ruins the game.
Shut down
Have been playing for a while now it freezes a lot but can handle that but now when I go to play on the middle game on the map it freezes then restarts on the main game it’s been doing it for over 2 weeks if that’s going to happen all the time just run the main game and get rid of other games
