I don’t know korean and caption does not work on my phone. But there are some nice classes in here. Hope it’s fixed soon then i can learn when I don’t use a PC.
Crashes every few minutes. It’s ridiculous.
There are some classes of great quality on here, but Coloso is hardly useable. I’ve reset and reinstalled multiple times and can’t even get the app to load without crashing. The video web browser also frequently crashes. It can’t be an issue of my devices, as I have a new iPhone and good PC. It’s extremely distracting and greatly takes away from the learner experience, which is especially infuriating if you spent $100+ on a course. Disservice to the experts giving their time to make these classes.

The video player loads with subtitles off sync, freezes after confirming to catch up to where you left off, and recently the caption doesn’t show up at all for the iOS.
The only thing saving Coloso is that the app functions *sometimes on PC and Android. I’d suggest swapping to a more reliable video player or industry standard.
I'm a new user to coloso and when I saw the bad reviews for this app I got a bit nervous, but, to my surprise the app works fine.

App is useless for my course as it is in a foreign language.
Ipad Login error
Regarding video, there’s no way to play with a different speed. Not possible to download videos ahead of time either. Also, my username keeps overlap with the video itself, making the experience quite irritating. Ran into long (if not infinite) loading when click cancel on the warning that I’m using data to watch videos.
The UI components (text, button) overlap each other.
While the video player itself have a lot of capabilities I appreciate, such as adding bookmarks and naming them, and continuing when I last picked off, the app is missing some core features. It would be nice if it can be casted to chromecast or Apple TV so that when you are on the computer there’s a larger screen to watch that’s not a phone. Other useful feature would be note-taking inside the app, considering this is used for learning.
One area I’m actually surprised is the lack of a forum to communicate with the teacher or other students of the course.
Lastly the ui is a little confusing on the video player itself, the icons is not very self explanatory, and some things is misleading (ie: closed caption only have the option of disabled), and to another reviewer’s note, it IS very annoying to be logged out after a day!

Why does Coloso sign me out after a while? This is only app I know of that does that. It’s not like a Coloso contains sensitive information. The video quality could also use improvements as it does not look like it was formatted correctly for smartphones.
