Reward system
I go to summer moon all the time! It is my absolute favorite. Everyone is always so nice and my order is promptly made. The only thing I wish is that there was a reward system 🥲 I go at least once a week if not more so I would love to have rewards like the other coffee shops

Please give customers the ability to specify how much half and half, oat milk, etc to add to our coffee order. And please list all of the food for order on the app! For example, donuts are never listed on the app, but they’re always in the store.

We were introduced to Summer Moon by family in Austin, TX and it is definitely our favorite coffee spot now. That’s saying a lot, because we were HARDCORE fans of that “other” coffee place (wink, wink). Moon Milk is next to God and every drink we’ve tried is amazing!!
Large order help!!
Love the app but one thing I would suggest is when making large orders with multiple people it can be confusing on who ordered what.
A simple fix would be to allow each order to have a name field that would clear up who ordered what in a simple way.

Great Coffee, App not-so much
Love the coffee, I try to order ahead as often as possible with food and drinks. This app constantly tells me ‘Error Validating Basket’. Maybe I have some setting turned off thay I need on, but how would I know? At least once a week I treat my employees to coffee so that takes time due to 4 orders. I’ve gone back to Starbucks because I can order ahead and save the time…

App doesn’t work
I’ve tried ordering ahead with the app 3x now and I’ll get all the way to the cart and then I get and error when I click checkout. It says scan your card at checkout but I don’t have that option either. Is this only for certain locations I go to Thornton.
Un divulged service fees and Limited benefit to using the app
Beware: the app charges a $1 service fee for using mobile order. It's hidden in with the taxes and fees. Nowhere do they divulge the service charge. It is probably not noticeable on larger order, but when the tax plus service fee is $1.57 on a $5 order it's very noticeable (would equal to 30%+ in sales tax). Also, Unlike other apps there doesn't appear to be any rewards for frequent customers.

It works…mostly.
I love the convenience of app ordering, but the app seems to be a bit buggy in the way that it loses my sign-in credentials a lot and my payment method doesn’t stay loaded it’s annoying to have to change the password so often, and input the credit card info. , but I still like being able to order ahead!

Your app needs to add skim milk to your choices and the summer moon gift card. Some people do not have credit cards.

Thank you for leaving us your feedback! We have added Skim Milk to our milk choices. We are working hard to find a solution to allow for this, however, at this time, gift cards are separate from our app. Unfortunately, there is currently no way to integrate the order-ahead app and gift card systems. This means that gift cards can be redeemed in-stores and through our drive-throughs only. We appreciate your understanding and will continue to explore our order ahead and gift card integration options. We hope you will give us another chance to serve you via order ahead!

My family and I love summer moon!!! So much so, that it’s the only local coffee shop we entrust with our business now. I frequent 2-3 times a week, and every single Saturday morning! Great service, quality coffee, and friendly environment! Go get your next coffee there today!!!
