Needs certain features before I can buy
There is no way to customize my order. For example, I like an iced americano with just a small splash of half and half, 3 Splenda, and cinnamon powder. It needs something like an item notes section.
Cannot order decaf
We often order a decaf coffee, but this app doesnโt give that option. There is also no notes field, so we have no way of letting the baristas know.

Service charge changes
The older app has a .50 service charge, now this one is a $1.00 - the cost is already high, I would rather tip the dollar that pay a higher fee.
