Old app was better
I made the mistake of deleting the old app as soon as the new one was available - I'm now unable to pay with ApplePay and don't even have access to my go-to drink (Cinnamoon). One of the baristas suggested I order a different drink and then request Cinnamoon in the notes... however there is no option to leave any notes when ordering. App is definitely less user friendly and needs many updates.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback! Our Cinnamoon is a limited time offering that if the store has the ingredients, they will gladly make in store. However, due to it being a limited time drink, it is not always listed on our app! Our team is actively working on adding Apple Pay to our app- stay tuned!
Service fee + can’t type in notes
Lacking compared to Starbucks app. $1 fee is ridiculous. Plus I can’t add to add moon milk to the order I have which is frustrating. Otherwise is a fine app.
Not all drinks are options
This app doesn’t have the cinnamoon listed as an order option. Also still not a fan of the order ahead service fee. Seems crazy to charge the customer for that.
No Apple Pay
I can tell there are a bunch of shills for Summer Moom on here because they won’t criticize the terrible new app. No Apple Pay and a $1 service fee? I guess Summer Moon didn’t learn from Target and Home Depot getting breached and losing everybody’s information. Also, $1 just to online order? No thanks, Starbucks may not be as good coffee but at least they don’t outright steal from you.

New app is great, I love the new graphics to see the drinks! It’s easy to use & looks great! One thing… please bring back the ability to use Apple Pay!

My closest location is not available on the new app? So I can’t really use it. Please fix before the other app goes away at the end of august.
Not able to order ☹️
The app keeps closing when I try to get to the checkout page. Not able to order anything on updated version
Meh… liked the old app better.
Can’t add notes or specific details to orders. And it doesn’t let you do Apple Pay on this one… you have to manually enter your CC info on it.

Loved coming to summer moon and ordering ahead of time to save the wait with an infant usually at my side. But the new app has a service fee unlike the old one. Definitely
