Old App was better
I also tried to use Summer Moon website, it’s the same as the current app, unable to order due to no Avery Ranch location.
I was forced to use ChowNow website for me to order due the Avery Ranch location.
Also, I noticed that several features and Apple Pay were removed too. Please bring them back and keep as they were from the original app before this huge upgrade.

So easy
New app not as customer friendly
I wish the updated app had the same options as the older one.
If getting drop coffee, the older app had option for cold creamers or milk. With the option for it to be steamed.
With the new app, there is no option. I guess it depends on the barista, but sometimes I get steamed 1/2 and 1/2 (which I hate) and other times it’s cold.
If I get a latte, I prefer it less sweet. But the new app has no option for that.
It would be great to at least put the box back in app for requests so the customer can clarify that they want cold creamer or 1/2 sweet lattes.

At this time, we have decided to sunset the notes section of our app in order to create a better experience for our baristas however we are continually adding modifiers so our customers can create their perfect, unique drinks. Downgraded features + a service fee?
Love Summer Moon, but there are a lot of bugs to be worked out of the new app, it’s less user friendly, and fees are tempting me to look elsewhere for delicious drinks (hellooo Dutch Bros).
