My bestie and I take turns every morning getting our Summer Moon!! We tried making our own but it just doesn’t compare!! Rachel and her team are always so polite. I’ll never go anywhere else!!!
Driving too far for good coffee
I would love to not have to drive 25 minutes for a good coffee if I could have a location in Pearland that would be great. I’d even run it for you.
Sub Skim Milk
Hello! I am really enjoying the app, the only recommendation I’d have is to add a Skim Milk option to the Ice Cafe Latte option as well as the Ice/Hot Chai Latte option. And for any drink you should reasonably be able to sub in Skim Milk. This would be a great help when you’re in a time crunch and want to order ahead and don’t have time to wait in the drive through to ask for skim milk in an iced latte. Thank you!!

Where did my account go?
I had an app/ account for Summer Moon coffee and it just disappeared and I had to redo the whole account. There’s no reason that should’ve happened.
Service Charge to order their coffee?? What’s this? 2010?
I was very surprised and very shocked to learn that summer moon charges their customer $1 service fee to order a cup of coffee if you want to use their app to order coffee from their store. What’s this 2010??
And there is no choice to cancel the order or contact support!

Fees?
Love the lattes. But tried the mobile app to pre order and got hit with over 10% “fees.” Having folks use a mobile app to pre order increases your sales and streamlines your service. An extra fee for this? Come on.

Similar to our old app, the service fee is the fee our app charges to help cover costs including technology fees, credit card fees, support, development, and much more. Our team is actively working to add Apple Pay to our app- stay tuned! We hope that is helpful!
