“It is not you! It is us. We are experiencing a technical issue, our team is working to resolve it as soon as possible. Please try again later” I have seen this message about a hundred! time in the last 3 months! The Bread Financial phone app let me in only 2-3 times out of a 100 trial!! The website doesn’t work either. The only thing costumer service recommends is to change my password. When I change password, then the system shuts me out “for my protection!!!” for 10 days. And after 10 days nothing changes, I got the same message from the app. Very disappointed with the Bread Financial app and the Bread Financial/Comenity website. IT attention is highly needed!
