Why have you decided to change the charging points to app only, and then chosen the most useless app available?
Does this app function at all?
Really, really disappointed with this app. There is virtually no functionality in it at all. Is there any intention to remedy all its failures. A real pity because the actual on the ground charging works fine.

An amateur effort. Cannot find out what it costs to charge - surely a basic requirement for a charging app?

Cannot link car and account
Unable to add a car into the app and cannot scan qr codes from the chargers. Does not work at all.
Rubbish app won’t allow registration
Downloaded app Thurs 28 Sept and can’t register or login. It just gets stuck on the one screen. Almost put me off using the charge point.
Latest update has broken my account
I’ve been using the app and charges without issue for months, but the app updated recently and since then I can’t login, can’t reset password, and can’t create a new account. Such a shame as the chargers themselves are really reliable. Can someone help me out?
No pricing information?
No kWh prices are displayed anywhere in the app, nor on the chargers themselves. Would you use a petrol station that didn’t display prices? The only way you’d know how much it costs is after you’ve filled up!
