Updating Galore
Obviously there are many modifications happening which require constant up dates. I wonder if it might serve us all better to do a bimonthly update with every modification in that two week period than to have 1 or 2 updates per week. Also, the iPad and iOS for Macbook full versions are needed. And there are constant notification issues with almost everyone on our team. And it's not because of our device settings. We use at our restaurant and love it!
We love the VSBL! We have even spread the word and have had local Chick-fil-As use it as well. Wasn’t sure about the shifts update, but it’s actually really cool. They thought about everything! As a director of 100+ people, the app helps keep everything together.Riley Sarren 😛

Bring back old features
I used to kind of like this app, but ever since the “shifts” option it has been a lot less user friendly. Now it wants you to do all your set ups, over an hour before I would even have time to start them, rather than doing it at your own pace, and it doesn’t give the option to recognize a top performer per shift. Please bring back these options and fix it!Monkeygrace04

As a member of management this app has made my life simpler! I love the break timer, infraction feature, list maker, etc! However I do wish you could assign a checklist to a group of people and they all collaborate on it. I also wish we were able to print out infractions and recognitions to keep or hand out like a write up would be used. Overall outstanding app!Luke🤘

Seems interesting but….
I want to use this but have questions. On the webpage I see no way to call or email support. This is concerning we’re I to invest in the product. Overall, there are dine cool and useful features. Is it work the price they charge, not at all. If they made the monthly fee reasonable, hundreds more Chick-fil-A restaurants would certainly join. This review is consistent with internal leadership and Operator feedback
