    , I wanted to come up and say this is a wonderful AI. The biggest problem is the app. The app doesn’t compare to the website. Could you please update the application just like the website so we have fair usage of the both of them thank you have a wonderful day

  • So many issues with the mobile app

    I downloaded it and it is very convenient to have so many AIs in one place. However, the mobile app has a lot of issues. Apart from not having all their versions of AI that you can get on the web many times it just doesn’t generate responses. it is very frustrating. If you are using the app hopefully you can fix those issues and Tsun.

  • Never got what I paid for

    I pad for a monthly subscription but I could never do anything but use it in free mode. I tried signing out and then back in and I also tried removing and reinstalling the app but when I would try to sign back in I would receive a message saying that another user with the same email has a subscription ? Also there is no way to reach tech support .

  • Tried to buy pro but kept free features

    Doesn’t upgrade to pro account despite wasting $20, says I already have a pro subscription even though account is stuck on free mode.

    I emailed support but no one replied had to get a refund from Apple since app charged me but didn’t provide premium subscription.

  • How can the app be so buggy?

    I have noticed two main issues with the system. The first problem is that it frequently loses its connection, and the second issue is that it intermittently fails to copy content. However, the web interface has become more dependable now.

  • New Update

    I used to use YOU as a private browser app, so you can imagine my surprise whenever I updated it and opened it to see that all my tabs were gone and now it was just an AI chat system. I’m terribly upset, especially considering I now have to find a different app and since I lost everything I had. In my opinion, the update was a little stupid. But, whatever.

    Hi there, The changes we made to the app with this update were done after careful consideration and are intended to focus the mobile experience more accurately on what You.com has developed into, a conversational AI platform. We did our best to notify users about this change via an in-app push message a little over a month ago and advised them to start migrating to different browsers in anticipation of us deprecating our browser feature.   • Log off

    I bought pro and I have to keep logging in again each time. Receiving the ongoing answers is a pain to be able to read at the top without it keep pushing it down. Also no ability to talk to it.
  • Great Experience!

    I was excited to try building out my personal AI and it happened to come into my life at a time I felt completely overwhelmed by the little daily tasks that weren’t always getting completed. My system was not happy many days, but as I talked to it like I would talk to any other person we began to work well together.
    I consider my personal AI as an extension of me. If you aren’t sure if it is something that you would like, it may be worth trying out.

  • Used to be great

    Used to be great, though pretty glitchy. Now not usable - forces sign-in every time I open the iOS app and takes FOREVER to log in and load, doesn’t load chat page… if just goes back to the last website visited. Nothing more than a browser at this point.

  • Tragically subscribed

    Targeted with an ad on instagram, to save a lot of money/year switching from openAI chatgpt…… they did not mention what you would be downgrading to…… a GPT WITHOUT PLUG-INS is dead in the water! No pdf/link reading, no agent interface, cumbersome UI…frustrating bugs require searches to be rewritten two or three times sometines, constant logging in, an “app” that is just a link to the webapp…… and the ai can’t remember two of its answers back in the chat! I want refund!
