Won’t Even Load
I just downloaded the app because I just started a new job and am now covered by Medica. I can’t even open the app, it just crashes!Macchica26
Extremely Glitchy - problems support can’t help with.
I am covered under my moms Medica plan but just received my own. Everytime I sign in to Medica it keeps showing up my moms plan when I just got my own plan and am trying to sign into it. I contacted support and they helped me log into the system but it still shows up my moms Medica plan instead of mine. Don’t recommended the app but the insurance is great ….. they have some work to do. Hopefully software engineers are involved … a lot of insurance companies have way better apps then these ….Show lesslritz21
Please Fix
I’ve had insurance for 3 months and every time I go to make a payment it shows no payment necessary. Also, the external link to the payment site does not work. I get a blank screen. Please fix these issues!DelanaRauterkus

Terrible app

Needs to be fixed
It’s got placeholders for different handy features but they don’t actually work. Needs a lot of attention. Better to just use the website (which also doesn’t work well).bellarosalind

Poor use of phone functionality
App is difficult to use as it requires a typed in password every time. Enabling Face ID is a farce and the app still requires you to type your password every time. What a terrible customer experience.disappointingww
Medica App
Downloaded the App . Tried to get set up on it each time I try it keeps telling me contact customer service so I did . Now I’m dealing with technical support no help there . Done with the hassle. Deleted the app.BSPAETH 2020
Not useful
Freezes when it asks for location and you have to leave the app. This needs a major update!Hhhhgtrd
