  • Incredible online PT experience

    This was my first experience with the limber online physical therapy program and i could not be more impressed with the app or, Lisa, my PT care provider. Following my Tenex procedure to repair a torn tendon in my hip, i participated in the limber rehab program for five months and could not be happier with the results. With the help of my care provider, Lisa, who was professional, knowledgable and readily available a weekly program was developed and updated as i continue to advance in my rehab. Weekly one on one phone conversations with Lisa kept me motivated and on track through out my rehab. Easy to follow exercises on the app, the convenience of doing my PT at home , and the chat function that allowed me to stay in touch with Lisa makes limber a clear choice and a terrific alternative to off-site PT for anyone who needs rehabilitation following a medical procedure. I

  • Impossible to set up

    The app won’t recognize the password I selected. I tried the forgotten password feature twice and never got an email. I entered my access code twice and got invalid code messages twice. This app is totally unusable for me. It’s a complete waste of time.
  • Bilateral Knee Arthritis

    I just completed my rehab both with my remote care specialist Lisa and virtual therapist. Program was quite beneficial,Lisa was timely and informative she answered all my questions. She was professional and courteous on all are interactions. I would strongly recommend this app. Mike
  • The Limber App Keeps You on Track

    I used this app in conjunction with my in-person physical therapy after having a total hip replacement. I went to Ivy Rehab in person and the PT was excellent and very helpful.

    Then I got contacted by Jen Kortman who helped me put this app on my iPad and I used it every day I didn’t have in-person PT. It’s a video that I quickly memorized because it was the same program I was doing at PT. I checked in every day to state my pain level and that I completed my exercises for that day. Jen was wonderful. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and very professional. The app and Jen were great adjuncts to my in-person therapy. I highly recommend giving the app a try.

  • Limber experience

    I just completed my rehab both with a face to face therapist and a virtual therapist. This review is about my experience with limber and the therapist assigned to me. Like everyone else going through therapy it is sometimes grueling and most times boring. So much so that you never do the exercises on your own even though it would get you healed faster. This was my first experience with Limber and I was quite surprised and Thankful for being on this program. My therapist Jen stayed in constant contact with me to encourage me to do my exercises and the Limber app was a great way to stay on track. With the app (which had my specific exercises designed by my in person rehab therapist) and Jen you had the constant overseeing so you did the work you needed to do because you knew someone was checking and you didn’t want to let them down and also yourself. Jen worked hand in hand with my primary therapist so everyone was on the same page. It got to the point that I enjoyed the exercise routine and did it without thinking as part of my daily routine.
    I highly recommend to anyone going through rehab to get on this program because it helps you reach your goals faster and with the online therapist like Jen are great to work with you.

  • I love Limber!

    I have been working with Limber and my dedicated therapist, Jennifer. Being unable to get to the PT clinic in person, Jennifer was amazing at keeping me interested and motivated.

    The exercises on this program were very helpful in assisting my recovery from Achilles’ tendon surgery. Jen helped me in downloading the program and went through it with me thoroughly. She keep a keen eye on my progress and would encourage me to keep up with the program whenever she saw me slugging behind a bit. We had set up a weekly phone call day and she never missed to check up and address any concerns I had. With her encouragement I was able to see improvement in a timely manner and cannot thank Jen enough. I will highly recommend anyone to give the program a chance. And I hope they get Jen as their support person.

  • Physical therapist

    I’ve had physical therapy with Lisa. She has been extremely helpful. Explains everything so well. She has taught me allot and is very patient. I would highly recommend her.

    This program was so beneficial in diminishing my low back pain/sciatica and I have significant improvement in my core strength and balance. My care navigator Miranda was very professional, knowledgeable and assisted with making modifications for certain exercises I found difficult or painful. Best part was doing it on my schedule.

    The Limber program provided an excellent tool to help my back pain. The beauty was that it could be done on my own time, working with my own schedule. Therapist Nicole was very thorough and diligent in following through with me. I would highly recommend this program to anyone.
