Great app functionality, but..
The app functions quite well and I loved that it can sink with the Apple Watch. My disappointment comes with the program itself. The workouts are so long. The main workout is usually upwards of 9, yes 9!! exercises and this is a 5 day per week program! Working full time it is impossible to fit this in without being in the gym very late hours or waking up super early…would need to be before 5 am for me…which then negatively impacts my sleep. Anyway a simple effective program does not need to be more than 1 hour.Love this program 🙌🏼
I’ve done all sorts of workouts over the years, but nothing with a very consistent base like this one. I love that these are structured to hit each muscle group each week. Plus showing me what weights I used last time I did each of the exercises keeps me on track to trying to do better and lift heavier each week!The Best Decision EVER!
I am 4 weeks into this program and it’s truly a life-changing experience. The app is super easy to use and lays everything out for me so simply. All I have to do is show up and do the hard work! I also love the community chat options and find myself so motivated by the incredible women doing this program alongside me. I had tried many work out programs before this and none of them really offered this type of comprehensive program that is still customizable and on such a user friendly platform. I couldn’t be happier!! I don’t plan on ever leaving this program it is just so wonderful!
