Hello. It seems like you have subscribed to a free trial and forgot to cancel it. If you wish to get a refund or cancel the payment. Please contact Apple support, because only Apple can refund your money.

Free trial for 3 days then pay a subscription

I thought fair enough, try out for 3 days and if satisfactory pay for a monthly or yearly subscription. Unfortunately try as I might, every time I scanned a QR code, the HMRC login would not accept the 6 digit generated codes. Thus I have no option but to give this app a pass and only 1 star and that for instant QR code scanning. App deleted, will have to try other similar apps

Good app. Just 1 suggestion.

I like the app. I do have a suggestion: you should include a downloadable cvc file to print all the passwords like most other authentication apps. So I can always be able to have a physical copy as a back up.
