Hi there! I ordered 3 garments because I had surgery and needed to wear a compression garment 24/7. I tried this site. I ordered the wrong size 2 times and it was very easy exchanging the garments. I then needed a new size which took awhile to get. I was very pleased with the garments! They are made well easy access for bathroom use which makes things easier. They fit great and they really do have good compression! They also are very reasonably priced! I looked all over for garments and when I came across this site I found all the garments I had been looking so long for. I’m very happy I found this site very happy with all my garments! I even just recently bought 2 more! I finally found what I had been looking for! I did have some ups and downs with my garments being out of stock for awhile but it finally was sorted out and now I have all my garments and I couldn’t be happier! I recommend Shapellx for anyone looking for well made shape wear at a great price! It’s worth it! The only negative thing is customer service sometimes takes some time to answer any questions or problems you may have. They need to do better with that other than that I am a happy customer! Not Pleaseed
Placed an order on 5-11-2024. After getting the shaper and trying to reach customer service for a return label for a return or exchange I have had no luck. Went in to try to place another order (I know stupid me) because I really wanted to give them a try I placed the new order on 5-16-2024 and still haven’t gotten a return label for the first order to be returned so that I could get a refund nor do the exchange. Customer chat is a joke it always states will reply immediately and I’ve been waiting on a reply since 5-14.Show lesszai19zai

I get notified that my order is paid in full and on its way . Today is Feb 29 2024 and no updates the carrier that this company uses is useless . My package is lost in transit .
