Unable to login. Feedback option doesn’t work
I already have a Do Everything account. Not sure if I had gotten logged out because of non-use or what, but I opened the app and the only option it gives is to Create an account (with Apple, Google, or email). Emailed the developers but no answer.
Tried entering my info via the “email” option but it said I already have an account. I know that. But there’s no LOG IN option.
They “guarantee” that you won’t lose your data - but if you can’t log in, then your data is unreachable.
Tried the “feedback” option within the app. Said “Loading” - then all I got was a blank white screen.
Very disappointing. Will update IF developers show me where to LOG IN with an account I already have.Developer Response
Hi there, sorry that you couldn't find the option to login. We responded to your email with further instructions, since I believe you went down the sign-up flow rather than login. Having said that, we've taken your feedback onboard and have added a login button on the sign-up flow as well. If there's anything else we can do to help, please do send us an email.
