I found Ruth after my worst back spasm yet. I had been doing home strength training workouts for the past 8 or so years, and about twice a year my back would go out. After a hospital visit and several doctor’s visits, I learned that I have a herniated disc in my L4/L5. During my recovery I realized that I needed to adopt a different sort of daily movement in order to protect and strengthen my back and body, and when I found Ruth I knew that I had my answer! Her workouts and approach to movement have blown my mind in such a beautiful way. It has been so refreshing to celebrate my body in such a special and accessible way. I now get so excited for my daily workouts and I look forward to what she has planned for us each week. Ruth goes above and beyond to make sure that her members feel seen and heard and that they have an outlet for movement that works uniquely for them. RPS is an absolute game-changer and I stronger feel that everyone can benefit from this. Thank you for all that you do, Ruth! 💕
