So hard to contact you guys when overseas

A bank that can’t even help you recover your money
CIMB has taken more money for me than o expected it to. My account has been dormant and I was told by both app and support that to re-activate it I just need to cash-in. I’ve tried that in multiple occasions and the cash-in NEVER shows up in my account. I lose money every time and support is NO help at all. Avoid the app at all costs.Show lesshellothisis

This app is in clear violation of the App Store Review Guidelines
Specifically provision 4.5.4, which states:
“Push Notifications should not be used for promotions or direct marketing purposes unless customers have explicitly opted in to receive them via consent language displayed in your app’s UI, and you provide a method in your app for a user to opt out from receiving such messages.”
I did not opt in to receive promotional notifications, however just 30 minutes ago I received one with this message: “PHP 600 off with your CIMB Virtual Card 💖”Show lessIt’s a no for me
It’s good till they blocked your account and cannot disclosed the details of the reason why they have to blocked or close your accountRichmindset02
