  • So-so

    Opening an account is ok but requesting for a physical atm debit card can be difficult as cimb bank is selective of location where they deliver requested card. My registered address shows cimb bank do not deliver there so I believe it’s only within metro manila. Customer service here is very difficult to reach or contact so i dunno if they even have one or not.

  • Cannot transfer to other banks

    I tried to transfer to other banks today and it keeps on saying that it is on hold. I don’t know why I can’t perform bank transfer when my account have sufficient funds and active.

    I thought of moving my savings to CIMB but I need complete bank transaction history most of the time for visa application. It’s a pity this app shows only a limited transaction. Otherwise, I would have moved my money here

    Lost 23k in my account and still already 10days didnt appear or back to my account

    Very useful and easy ti use. Integration with gcash makes it more convenient
  • Can’t Request Bank Certificate / Statement

    I badly needed it for my Visa Application buy yet your application doesn’t allow me to request those documents due to something is wrong. I called the hotline but only suggests basic troubleshooting like uninstall and install but still not working. Hoping that the hotline still allows us to request via phone and don’t rely in the application that are still not fully functional.
