Navigation is fairly simple and straightforward but getting details about a property requires using Zillow or another site. Overall good app but not great, could use some more attention.

Nice but not great
Navigation is fairly simple and straightforward but getting details about a property requires using Zillow is a similar app.

The App needs some work
Poor treatment from Arrived
As if money launderers use their ACTUAL ID. They probably saw my abundance of melanin in my license picture and assumed I was someone horrible.

For context, we are required to run Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti Money Laundering (AML) checks on each and every investor on our platform. The KYC and AML process is in place to to verify the identity of new investors, and to prevent illegal activities, such as money laundering or fraud. Difficult to use
That said, I do like the Arrived platform, and so if they ever fix this issue I’ll update my rating, but right now, the app is barely usable.
