App Works Great!
I just purchased a set of Yoolax shades. I'm not attempting to pair via a bridge. I connected directly to Wi-Fi and then to the app. It auto-detected and paired the blind the very first try. Controls are seem less. Honestly works better than the remote. UI/UX is also very nice.
One star reviews are stupid
I’m sure some of them had actual connection issues, but for the most part it’s just extremely complex for some reason, with every single different product, but if you take the time to actually learn it, it’s like 8 minute installation and 30 minute online setup, works great tho no problems
What a joke. The app is detecting my blinds as a flood light?! Awful set up.

Does not recognize the company’s own devices
Their motors are defective to begin with. Low quality lithium ion batteries, bad control circuit design, cheaply built. 2 of the 5 blinds I got a year ago can not be discovered by Alexa. And now Alexa asks you to setup the blinds in Yoolax app before connecting to Alexa.
In the app, they tell you to push the H button for 6 seconds to put the motor into pairing mode. But on the manual that came with the blinds, that operation turns the motor off! To put it into pairing mode, the manual says 4x quick press and 1x long press. Still the app can not find the motor when it’s in pairing mode. And if you contact tech support, they tell you to buy new motors because they had updated to new models, and of course the remote has a new look too. Imagine have 5 different remote for 5 blinds in your living…just avoid this company

this app is completely inaccessible, even from the login screen
I am trying to use this app with voiceover, but it is completely inaccessible. This is because the login screen implements its own controls rather than using standard iOS controls. From other apps that this company has produced, I realize nobody actually cares, but I thought I'd write this review just in case anyone anywhere would like to read it.

HORRIBLE!!!
the only way to get help is to email support and wait 3 days for them to tell you exactly what you just said. The app makes no sense and it doesn’t work.
Just doesn’t work
Take it off the AppStore and don’t waste people’s time.
Pulling my hair out
I’ve wrestled with these blings for 2 weeks… the good: they look nice, easy to install in your home and they work well with the remote. So order the remote.
But getting these to pair with ANY app (the Yoolax app = impossible, SmartThings with Aeotec Hub= works temporarily, but glitchy then drops the blinds after 1-2 days, Google Home= works through one of the previous two apps, so once they don’t work, you can push to Google Home either).
I’m VERY DISAPPOINTED and warning everyone so please excuse if you see this same review on Amazon. Will update if things get better, I come up with a workaround or I hear from customer support in a useful way. But these aren’t smart blinds, they’re remote blinds.

Low tech. App & Blinds
Can’t seem to figure out how to connect these blinds to my Bond bridge. Surprised that the app can’t connect to Bond especially when it advertises Bond as a compatible bridge. Nice blinds but very low tech. on the blinds and app. The technology exists I guess they haven’t figured out how to steal it from us yet.

Extremely disappointed
App won’t work. Was able to connect Alexa to them but they won’t control it. I bought the remote control to go with it but they never sent it. No idea what to do. Complete wast of money at this point.
