  • Love my HHOLOVE CAT FEEDER

    This feeder is fantastic and so is the customer service. Purchased the feeder almost a year ago. I had a few issues and they were resolved promptly by customer service via text. I love that you can view your fur baby when not at home and see the food bowl to see if they are eating, when my cat hears come and eat he runs. The app is very user friendly and if you have a problem you can contact customer service through the app. Would recommend this feeder!

    The app is super easy to use! I can login anytime to watch , talk and play with our Sphynx cats! I LOVE the laser pointer play functions ability to schedule playtime, perform random patterns and extended time. I also use the voice function quite often and it works perfectly. We love HHOLOVE car products! Thank you!

    Just Bought one in Amazon and cant pair it to my network. I guess im part of the glitched batch you supposedly retired? This got to be a joke.

  • Generally works

    I use the app on iPhone and iPad. It generally works, however sometimes takes a while to load up the video feed.

    The iPad version, when I go into full screen mode, does not have the correct orientation so I can’t really go into full screen on my iPad.

  • No more notifications

    I use to get notifications for every turn my machine made. I hated all of them but did like the notification when the little box stuck that I would know. Now I get no notifications. It can get stuck upside down and I wouldn’t know. I don’t like that as with three cats if its broken and I am at work it could be like that all day. Please fix it!

  • DOA - SCAM! Horrible Product

    Do NOT buy this cat feeder. I researched quite a few cat feeders and finally settled on this one. Although I have Amazon Prime, it took a WEEK to receive it - just two days before I’m supposed to go out of town. Well . . . despite numerous attempts (15 attempts!!!!) to pair it to my network and my phone, it would NOT do so. I read the instructions MULTIPLE TIMES, followed all of the error messages that appeared EACH TIME the device failed to pair, FOLLOWED the e-mails that the company automatically sends each time when the device fails to pair, and tried to contact their bogus 24-hour “customer support” - including their DISCONNECTED phone number without success. I even called Amazon that now provides tech support and we went through ALL of the same attempts - AGAIN with NO SUCCESS.

    So, I now have to return it (again, I’m VERY BUSY for the next two days before I go out-of-town) and have to figure out what I’m going to do!

    Run, don’t walk, from this SCAM!

    It's more than a feeder, it's an entertainment center. The laser and voice features keep my cat amused for hours. A joyful experience for her!
  • Even worse now - greedy company

    New subscription service rolled out and basically you won’t be able to get daily diary or the AI pet recognition videos anymore. The whole reason I bought the product was for the daily cat diary and the cute videos of my cats while I was out working but now without the subscription this machine is downgraded to just a feeder with a laser pointer that doesn’t always reliably feed my cats and the app is working on and off.

    The app interface is clean and straightforward, making it easy to use. I can set up a feeding schedule on the app, so I no longer have to worry about my cat going hungry at home.
