Adjust Reset Time in the App: In the HHOLOVE app, navigate to the device options and set a longer reset time. The maximum time you can set is 1 minute. This will help reduce the chances of the device being accidentally reset by your cat’s interactions.
Physical Barrier for the Feeding Button: As an additional measure, you can temporarily cover the feed button with a piece of hard plastic or other suitable material. Secure the cover in place with glue to prevent your cat from accidentally pressing the button and resetting the device.
These steps should help ensure that your O Sitter continues to operate as expected and dispense food to your cat according to schedule, even when you are not at home.

Video quality is not too good. And definitely when downloading and uploading to instagram the quality drops significantly for idk what reason and becomes pretty blurry even though in the app it is a bit more clear

We sincerely appreciate your feedback!The update to the app is terrible. Takes forever to update status screen. Always shows status as “in use” even when it’s not. Not reliable or timely information. The old app worked great, this version is useless. I really like the idea of an app, especially when I’m out of town or away for most of the day. This version of the app is so bad that I don’t even bother opening it anymore.
