Never updates and broken
The developers have known about the broken game since it came out and still the coin wheels stop working and ruin the events. There are also no updates or new days added for many months. Start updating your games Netflix instead of coming out with 100crappy more onesmixpix2022
Nests are broken
I’ve also encountered the bug where Event nests just stop producing coins. There are several reviews here that mention this bug. Some of those reviews are months old, but this is still a problem.bstaz

I like it but…
Sometimes the nests just stop generating income. The white ring pulses but the green loop isn’t going and literally nothing is racking up. Pretty frustrating. I tried restarting my game and trying on a different device and nothing.SmithyLin
Stopped making money
The islands stopped creating money. The green on the circle isn’t moving. Tried closing the app, restarting my phone. Still not working.

The next morning it went back to normal generating coins. But now the “Event Game” has done the same thing. I’m #39 on the leader board 2 days in, with 2 days left. This will put me so far behind!

A game should be fun not frustrating
1 - When you spend the rare currency on a chest and you don’t get what was guaranteed, it’s extremely frustrating!!! I immediately deleted the game because I’m not playing to feel frustration but fun.
2 - The pace of the game is very fast then very slow, then very fast but shorter and very slow but longer… and so on…. I expect that from in-app purchase games, not from NETFLIX games!
3 - I love the events but again, it’s not an in-app purchase game, and those event shouldn’t be a competition to who’s gonna get the best reward. It’s frustrating and unfair for the player that spends his time and energy there, and it’s unnecessary for the company who owns the game because they don’t make money out of it.Show lessSlouma
Bugs
I put all my gems into a dream event so I could make it into the top 10. Then all the dream event dragons stopped producing entirely. Nothing brought them back online. Apparently this is a common bug.

Fun game, but…
The freezing of the event dragons makes it literally unplayable. Like the other reviews noting similar, this seems to happen in the last couple days of the event if I’m in the top 10. Customer service has been no help at all.avarasai
