  • Programming is stellar. App, it so much

    The programming is quite fantastic. Not the best at scaling options, but if you’re already proficient and able to scale and understand the intended stimulus it’s great. Now, the app:
    - no way to see history for specific lifts in the workout page. For example, it will say Strict Press 5X3 at 90% of last week’s 3RM. Then you have to exit the workout find the day it occurred last week and calculate it. Easy to fix, annoying.
    Every day has annoying gowod prewod and postwod that takes you to their app that you need to check off if you want the day to be marked as done.
    If you skip a day or do it on a different day, there is not way to move it to ‘today’. Most other apps offer this. Makes it much easier to track.

  • Perfect Program

    This thing is amazing. The design is well thought out, flawless execution, and every little detail has been put in place. From the tick box of what you’ve done training wise, the videos, both intro for the day, to the movement videos in case you weren’t sure or familiar with a new movement. And the percentage calculations just making your life easier.

    I have given the guys 5*’s because they completely deserve it. The App makes you part of an incredible, special community of people. It is absolutely fantastic, I cannot recommend HWPO highly enough, it maybe virtual but HWPO make me feel like I am part of their gym family.
  • Unbelievable difference

    When I started HWPO Golf I was overweight and struggled through the exercises. But I stayed with it and I feel an unbelievable difference in my everyday life. After I started working out more. I started eating better and taking better care of myself. It all started with this app!!!!
  • Hard work for sure

    If you want to get better, stronger, faster, more fit. This program is for you. Definitely not easy, but Hard Work Pays Off!

    The app is fantastic however on the iPad it displays as “mobile” mode. Instead of full screen. I enjoying having the iPad in order to have the workout displayed while I have a clock running. I recommend the app be view in full mode on the iPad. If that make any sense
  • App is good, but the community features and coaches make it great

    Could use a better system to check off completion of sets more easily. I love the community features/forum though, and the coaches are great!

    Hands down the best fitness app I’ve ever navigated. The design is top of the line, the layout makes it super easy to navigate and the content is so well organized within. I have used CT & PRVN in the past and this app blows them out of the water.
