Excellent workouts
Fantastic workouts, they work all the muscles needed for golf and for just being functional in life. I usually get a good cardio workout as well which I need. There are a few frustrations with the app that if they get addressed I will most certainly give this a 5 star rating.dmountain35
Great app and great programs!
This app is super user friendly and the programming is great. One of my favorite parts is the ability to go through a workout with my full gym set up at home, but if I’m traveling there is also body weight & band options as well. SLOW
This app is so slow. Otherwise it’s a good app but it’s almost unusable. Please fix this problem. I just got it, paid 20 bucks and it’s soooo slow. I can’t watch the instructional videos.SmileMore10100010101936
Not Great
The old App was great. No frills, but it worked. The new app continually crashes, videos don’t load, and workout instructions are less clear.Vinnie174
