The app is okay I wouldn’t say get this app quick it’s so helpful it really isn’t like even with the watch or something can u add it so that we can fix the time my watch is efficiently 6 minutes late like literally COME ON!!

It is not user friendly & your excercise timer turns off. It is a very annoying tool to monitor your health regime
Needs more basic customisation options
Watch is pretty good, if you mostly just want a basic sports/activity tracker, but some of the basic features it lacks are really annoying, like dates showing as month/day despite being a supposed-Australian company where the default date settings are always day/month. It drives me nuts because I struggle to interpret data so much on features I actually need to know dates because everything is back to front. Otherwise decent for the price point.

Good vs Bad
This app is great I love this watch but impossible to change the time about 20 seconds late and I got it fixed a week ago! On settings please add to change the time. Apart all of that this watch is one of the best presents!
Can’t login in
Set up my sons watch and after 5 days it logged me out. I tried using my password and it says the account doesn’t exist but when I go to create a new one it says account already exists and to reset the password but doesn’t send me a verification code. I am now unable to use the app at all
Issues with using photo as watch face.
App will not allow me to set a photo as my watch face which the manual says I can do using this watch and app. Very disappointing, please fix so I can use my own photo!
Difficult to connect
Brand new watch and has taken me over 3 days on attempts to connect the watch to my phone and still trying it just won’t connect to it always saying “binding timed out or “connection failed”. Would love it to be easier to connect 😭Can’t even use it
Can’t connect to network
Brought two pixbee kids watches for my children for Christmas, downloaded the app however I can’t get past creating an account, keeps telling me ‘can’t connect to network try again later’ I have two upset children who can’t use their Christmas presents!! Please update your network!!
Can’t even log in
Like another reviewer, the account registration failed with message “no network” despite having a good network connection. Tried again and it said account already exists. Tried “forgot password” and it fails with “no network”. Tried to reset password but the instructions don’t match the screen and don’t work. Error message that comes up is in Chinese. Looks like this software isn’t stable enough to use yet. Don’t waste your time with it!!
