Literally just stops working
Randomly, out of nowhere you will get a message saying the camera cannot connect, please retry. After hitting retry about 15 times, even with full WiFi and no reason at all for an issue, you’ll be lucky to get the camera feed refreshed and connected. That was how we’ve operated over the past two weeks. Now I’ve run into an issue where the video feed will not work no matter what you do. I tried re setting the camera. I tried unplugging it for 5 minutes and restarting it. Literally nothing works. Not only is this camera a waste of money, it’s dangerous to use as a tool for the safety of your baby.Show lessComplete junk
Literally just connected it and it opened for all of 2 minutes then froze. Haven’t been able to get back in or see anything live. since guess we will stick with the cheap one at least that one worksDon’t waste your money
I bought this monitor to replace my Miku baby monitor (absolutely do NOT buy that monitor either!).
The camera picture is good, I will give Cheego that, but that’s basically the only good thing.
It doesn’t remember any of your settings for alerts, the nightlight or anything like that. It doesn’t run audio in the background, meaning, if I have the app up but then go to scroll fb or something I can no longer hear my son.
My BIGGEST issue: the camera makes this godawful grinding noise randomly. It’s loud and unsettling. It wakes my son up almost every night, which I understand, because it creeps me out too. I regret buying this monitor immensely.Show less
