Terrible login
Just downloaded the app. I placed the necessary information in to create an account. This useless app won’t let me sign in. I’ve even changed my password twice and I still can’t log in
Faulty
App will not except my DOD ID number. There is no phone no. You can call for help. Called the commissary and they said “sorry we can’t help you”.
Cumbersome to Use
The app is combersome to locate items. It would be beneficial to be able select categories and scroll up and down instead of horizontally.
It is nice that the card barcode is available from the app. How about adding an option to add the card to Apple Wallet.

Log-In issues
I remember now why I quit using my rewards years ago. I had gotten locked out of my account then, and it's still a problem now. Resetting the password doesn't help, instead it's telling me my log-in is invalid. How? I used the email that the code was sent to. Used the brand new password that was approved.

Game Changer
Just stumbled upon this service and what a game changer. App is a little slow during search and checkOut, but can’t beat the convenience!

Better…but can still improve
The service needs better inventory cataloging. It also would help to integrate with payment services to reduce time needed to buy.

Broken
This app is broken. Can’t login, it just keeps saying invalid login even after resetting my password. Then it proceeds to say I’m locked out for x amount of minutes due to too many failed logins.
