Thank you for your feedback regarding the North mobile app and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We understand that you've been experiencing issues with being prompted to re-enter your login credentials each time you log in. We’re pleased to inform you that a new version of the app is now available for download in the App Store, which resolves this issue. After updating, you may need to enter your username and password one last time. Following that, if you set up biometrics or a PIN, you won't have to enter your credentials every time. We appreciate your patience and feedback.
